Science Park Amsterdam
Science Park Amsterdam is situated in the Watergraafsmeer district , on the eastern city limits.
All buildings of the Universiteit van Amsterdam in this area are situated on Science Park. To find your building see the map above, the information desk is to be found in building C in the main hall.
By car
All motorways to Amsterdam come onto the Amsterdam circular road, the ‘ring Amsterdam' (A10)
- Choose Ring oost (east ring)
- Take the exit ‘Watergraafsmeer/S113’(‘ring Oost’/east ring)
- Follow the signpost for ‘Sciencepark’ onto Middenweg. You will see a cemetary (Oosterbegraafplaats) on the left-hand side.
Diversion until October 2010
Due to roadworks you are being diverted from here. Follow the signposts "S" or check the map (text in Dutch).
Navigation systems
The faculty building cannot be found yet by navigation systems. Enter the following address in your navigation system:
Molukkenstraat 190 - 1098 TW Amsterdam
You will find a large shop in building materials called 'Praxis'. Opposite Praxis is the Caroline MacGillavrylaan. At the end of this street you will cross Science Park. The faculty building is on the other side of Science Park at your left.
Bus: 40 and 240
Bus 40 drives from railway station Amsterdam Amstel to railway station Amsterdam Muiderpoort and back and passes Science Park Amsterdam.
Bus 240 drives between railway station Amsterdam Amstel and Science Park during rush hour.
