Payment

You can pay the conference fee either in Dutch Guilders (NLG) or in U.S. Dollars (USD). For USD payments, see below. Payments in Dutch Guilders (NLG) are to be made to the organisers at the above address, using one of the following three options:

Bank transfer to account number 31.35.57.977 of "Stichting Wiskunde en Informatica Conferenties" at the RABO-Bank, Kamerlingh-Onneslaan 2-10, Amsterdam, The Netherlands (postal giro of bank is 187744).
A certified bank cheque, payable to "Stichting Wiskunde en Informatica Conferenties", to be enclosed with your completed registration form. Note that personal cheques will not be accepted.
Credit card payment. Please fill out the appropriate section on the registration form.

Whichever method of payment is used, make sure you mention the name of the participant. The rates for paying in Dutch Guilders via our Dutch address are:

If generating your payment will greatly delay your registration, it is suggested that you register now and indicate in the "text area" of the registration form that your payment is in progress. This will enable the conference organizers to plan for likely attendees and make appropriate capacity adjustments

Cancellations are subject to a 200 NLG (100 USD) administration fee. No refunds after Februari 1. Any substitution of attendees must be approved in advance by the General Chair.

U.S. Payments

You can pay for CSMR'99 either in Dutch Guilders (NLG) or in U.S. Dollars (USD). For NLG payments, see above. All credit card payments will be processed in NLG, even if sent to the U.S. address. U.S. payments must be sent to:
