Hotel Accommodation

The conference organisation has arranged with the Carlson Wagonlit Travel to take care of reservations for hotel rooms. The hotels are in different price categories and are located in the different parts of Amsterdam. Participants should send the Hotel Reservation Form, before March 11th, 2000 to:

     Carlson Wagonlit Travel
     Dam 19
     1012 JS Amsterdam
     The Netherlands
     phone: + 31 20 6241361/6235051
     fax: + 31 20 623 5107
     e-mail: agm@keytours.nl

* This season hotel bookings are a serious problem in Amsterdam. Till March 11 all reservation requests will be handled on a first come, first serve basis. After March 11, we will do everything we can, but we cannot guarantee any rooms.

*** An additional list of hotels in Amsterdam is provided here.

The HPCN 2000 Conference Office and the Travel Agency will not make the reservation for this hotels, the participants have to make the reservation themselves. So the Hotel Form does not apply for the hotels in this list.
