The HPCN Europe '99 event consists of two conference tracks and 13 focussed workshops. The conference tracks contain as much as 84 presentations as well as 43 posters. The workshops are aimed at focussed HPCN themes and host a large number of well-known experts. Finally, HPCN Europe '99 presents three renowned keynote speakers:
We invite you all to participate in this top event on High Performance Computing and Networking in Europe.
- R. Gruber from EPFL, Switzerland
Parallel Computer Architectures for Commodity Computing;
- C. Kesselman from the University of Southern California, USA
Life on the Grid: Adventures in High Performance Distributed Computing Using the Globus Computational Grid Toolkit;
- P. Adriaans from Syllogic BV, The Netherlands
Data mining: from structured to unstructured data.
Attendants to the HPCN Europe '99 event can register at the conference
from 08:00 on April 12, 1999.
The format of the poster should not exceed 1 meter height and 1,5 meter width.
During the full conference all poster will be displayed. There will be two poster sessions during the breaks of conference:
Delegates can take a look at the posters during the breaks, when presenters are kindly requested to stay with their posters, in order to comment on their presentation and discuss with other delegates. The posters have numbers, which you can find in the programme. Poster session 1 has all posters with numbers up to 69. Higher numbers are in poster session 2.
We kindly ask you to post and remove your materials yourself. Please post your material on Monday, before the start of the afternoon sessions, and remove the material on Wednesday afternoon. Fastening materials will be available at the conference information desk.
