Wireless LAN

This page documents the procedure to access the FNWI wireless LAN.

For security reasons we use IEEE 802.1x authentication to access the network. Some software needs to be installed and configured on your laptop for this to work.

Requirements

Hardware	A laptop with wireless network adapter which supports the IEEE 802.1x standard for network authentication.
Operating System	Windows XP with Service Pack 1 (or later)  or Linux
Software	Software for the 802.1x authentication (see below)
User	Your FNWI username and password
