In case of problems or questions do consult the online manual pages, help pages, a book on the subject or specialized websites. CoursesIf you're new to an operating system or an application you're strongly advised to attend an appropiate course. The UvA Informatiseringscentrum provides courses for UvA employees. Manuals and BooksMost educational software licenses and open source software comes without printed documentation. In this case you may have to refer to documentation available from a bookstore.
