The Facit 4070 (1969) is a Swedish product. It punches up to 75 characters per second. Bidirectional operation is possible. Because it can be interfaced relatively simply to a modern PC, we use this unit routinely for making reader-test tapes and sometimes for duplicating worn-out tapes. Also the punch is very popular in demonstrations.
The drawing has been taken from the punch's instruction book. The punch was donated by Mr. L.D.J. Reeser.
