This page contains the list of demonstrations the SNE group will present at SC|06.
SC|06 will be held in Tampa, FL, USA between Nov.11 and Nov.17 2006.

Sure demonstrations:

  1. Workflow driven Lightpath Authorization within a Multi-domain GMPLS network using Tokens.
  2. NDL demo

Possible demonstrations, that we might want to consider:

  1. Demo with Nortel: on VMTurnTable
  2. Demo with DRAGON: on NDL as base for AST (application specific topologies)
  3. Demo with Myrinet: on traffic engineering within Starplane
  4. Additional demo efforts with DRAGON showing incorporation of token based authorization.

Involvement:

Demo 1: Leon Gommans, Marten Hoekstra, Li Xu, Fred Wan.
Demo 2: Jeroen van der Ham, Paola Grosso, SARA

NDL demo

Key message
This demo wants to show how NDL, and the semantic web tecniques associated to it, aid the path finding and provisioning in a multi-domain environment.

Scenario
We will use the NDL files that describe the various GOLEs (the GLIF Open Lightpath Exchange):

Workflow driven Lightpath Authorization within a Multi-Domain GMPLS Network using Tokens

Key message
This demo shows how an authorization workflow can be established by using the UvA Generic AAA toolkit within a multi-domain GMPLS network involving a flexible scheduler.

Scenario
Using a demo station (monitor 1 on PC), a poster and a rolling slide show (monitor 2 on Mac Mini), the demo will:
(note: scenario may change as project evolves)
