A UserPage is a personal page created by a user of Wiki. For example, the UserPage of the user FreekDijkstra is FreekDijkstra. Technically UserPages are treated the same as other pages. You can create one by typing the URL in the browser, going to that page and start editing.

Important Security Note for Users with a UserPage:
If you have a UserPage, be sure to visit the ACL (Access Control List) of your page (a link can be found at the bottom of your page), and change the (default) write permissions so that only you can change your page. Otherwise, everyone can alter it. More information can be found at AccessControl.
