GMPLS Region
An LSP Region is defined as a set of one or more data plane layers that share the same type of switching type.
An LSP region is a technology domain (ISC type), for which data links are represented into the control plane as an aggregate of TE information associated with a set of links (i.e. TE links).
Multiple layers can exist within a single region network.
Example: VC-11 and VC-4 layers are part of the same TDM region.
