Simplex Node

A GMPLS Simplex Node is a node with multiple Interface Switching Capabilities, but each interface of the device has only one ISC. So it advertises several TE links, each with a single ISC value.

TE link advertisements issued by Simplex Nodes must also provide information about the internal adaptation capabilities.
