How to get here by public transport

From Amsterdam Central Railway Station (Centraal Station):

One possibility is to take tram no. 9 (about every 10 minutes). Get off after approximately 10 minutes at stop 'Plantage Kerklaan' (same stop as stop Artis Zoo). Turn right into Plantage Kerklaan, and then take the first left which is Plantage Muidergracht. The building of the Amsterdam University College is a bit further on your right.

Another possibility is to take any metro or sneltram at subway station "Centraal Station" (every few minutes). Get off after a 5 minute ride at the third stop "Weesperplein". From here it is approximately an 8 minute walk. At Weesperplein, there are several exits. You will have to take the one called Valckenierstraat. Then enter the Valckenierstraat. You will pass a garage of ambulances on your left. At the end of the street make a left and then a right before the canal. This is the "Nieuwe Achtergracht". Keep going until you see two white pedestrian/bicycle bridges on your left and cross both of them. Turn left into the Plantage Muidergracht, the building is a bit further on your left.

From Amsterdam Amstel Station:

Take cross-platform any metro or sneltram to Centraal Station (every few minutes). Get off after a 4 minutes ride at second stop "Weesperplein". Take the Valkenierstraat exit and walk as explained above.

From Schiphol Airport:

Take any train to Amsterdam Central Station (Amsterdam CS).
Then continue by tram or metro as indicated above.
