Sensor data fusion

Neurocomputational methodologies for processing of data from multiple sensors are studied in a Ph.D study by J. van Dam, funded by SION. An internal representation in the form of a system centered "occupancy grid" is chosen and neural methods for transforming this grid have been developed. In particular a comparison between Monte Carlo and neural methods is being investigated.
