As many of you are aware, the Women in the FNWI (WiF) network was founded two years ago to work towards improving the numbers of female scientific staff in the FNWI, and to function as a venue for networking, mentoring and in general raising awareness about women's issues in the science faculty.

This year we are highlighting the importance of mentoring in career success.
