NAME

     OLIVE-PUFFS - Delicious hot appetizers

INGREDIENTS (Makes about 25 puffs)

     120 g     sharp cheddar cheese, grated
     50 g      soft butter
     50 g      flour
     1 ml      salt
     2.5 ml    paprika
     25        olives (approx)

PROCEDURE

          (1)  Blend cheese with butter.
          (2)  Add flour, salt, paprika. Mix well.
          (3)  Dry olives. Wrap a spoonful of dough  around  each
               and seal well.
          (4)  Bake at 200 deg. C for 15 minuntes.

NOTES

     You can freeze the unbaked cheese puffs on  a  cookie  sheet
     and then store them in the freezer in a plastic bag.

RATING

     Difficulty: easy.  Time: 30 minutes preparation, 15  minutes
     baking.  Precision: measure the ingredients.
